1er Day: Ouarzazate - Todgha Gorges
Departure in the morning on 4wd car from your hotel ; Direction of East via the lake and the golf of Ouarzazate ; you will discover the palm grove and kasbahs of Skoura. Then you reach El Kelâa M’gouna, a big village situated between M’goun and Dades’ valleys. From here starts the roses valley track, passing by Ait Said, Tourbist, and Tamalout, which are fortified small villages. At last Bou-Thahrar village, before arriving at Ait- Youl Kasbah located at the beginning of the Dades Gorges. Wonderful landscapes and kasbahs on this mountain road. After a rest for lunch, continuation for Tinghir and the Todgha Gorges ; walk in the famous site before installation and dinner in a small hotel there.
2nd day: Todgha- Zagora via N’kob
After breakfast, walk in the Tineghir palm grove and visit of the town. Departure on a track through the Saghro Mountain and the villages of Aklim and Ikniouin before reaching the pass of Tizi-n-Tazazart ; at N’kob your driver takes the road for Tansikht towards Zagora (where you find the famous panel Tombouctou 52 days by camel).. Dinner and night in a comfortable hotel.
3rd Day: Zagora – Chigaga via M’hamid
After breakfast, departure for M’hamid. Arrival in Tamgroute : visit of the Koranic library and the pottery factories as well as the underground lanes. Continuation towards M’hamid (last village of the Draa Valley); approximately one hour camel ride or walk before lunch under nomad tent at ‘Le Petit Prince’ camp, in the middle of the sand dunes. After this nice rest in the desert, your driver picks you up for a sandy track in direction of the high dunes of Chigaga. Ceremony of tea on the sunset time. Dinner and night under nomad tent near the high dune.
4th Day: Chigaga- Ouarzazate
Sunrise early in the morning ; after breakfast, track between Erg Chigaga and the dry Drâa river. You will join the Iriqui Lake and Foum Zguid village. Then road to Taznakht (very famous for its carpets) ; your circuit finishes in Ouarzazate ; our driver drops you at your hotel in the end of the afternoon.
