1st Day: Ouarzazate - Dades Gorges

Departure from your hotel in the morning along the lake and the golf of Ouarzazate, then track through the palm grove of Skoura where you discover magnificent kasbahs. Back to the road for El Kelâa M’gouna, big village at the altitude of 1450 m Then you take the track of Roses Valley through  Ait Saîd, Tourbist, and Tamalout, which are fortified small villages. In Bou-Thahrar village: about three hours guided pedestrian walkin the gardens near the M’goun river, passing through small villages interesting by their traditional architecture. After that you continue the track to join the Ait -Youl Kasbah. After a rest for lunch, splendid road of the Dades Gorges : wonderful colours of the rocks, beautiful kasbahs, specific landscape…. Dinner and night at a small guesthouse in the gorges.

2nd day: Dades Gorges - Tineghir

After breakfast, guided pedestrian walk (approximately three hours) which will enable you to join Dades Canyons, and to meet the nomads in the mountains. After a rest for lunchtime, you come back from the Dades gorges to Boumalne and you continue the road towards Tineghir and the Todgha Gorges. After a walk in the famous gorges, you’ll have dinner and night in a small hotel.

  

3rd day: Todgha gorges - Merzouga

After breakfast, walk in the Tineghir palm grove, which extends on 15km. Then visit of Tineghir and road towards the villages of Tinejdad and Goulmima (old Ksar in the middle of the oasis) then Jorf and Tafilalet palm-grove through Erfoud and Rissani. Arrival in Merzouga in the middle of the afternoon to take your camel and to contemplate the sunset from the top of the dunes (camel –ride or walk during one hour approximately ) are the only ways to reach the camp where you’ll get your dinner and spend the night under nomad tents ; the camp is located in the middle of Erg Chebbi dunes.

4th Day: Merzouga - Zagora

Early wake up to look at the sunrise on the desert. Departure after breakfast in direction of Zagora. Visit of Rissani, capital of the Alaoui dynasty (tomb of Moulay Ali Charif)Way through the Bougafer mineral vastness to reach Alnif. Break for watching the fossils near Alnif ; Lunch in Tazzarine, then arrival in Tansikht via N’kob. From here your driver takes a track on a desert reg ; on your left the Djebel Rhart and on your right the Drâa valley with its thousands of palm trees. Dinner and night in a comfortable hotel in Zagora (with swimming pool) .

5th Day: Zagora - Chigaga via M'hamid

After breakfast, departure towards the south . Arrival in Tamgroute to visit the Koranic library and the pottery factory as well as the underground lanes.  then you continue by the track through the palm grove of Ouled Brahim and Reg Elfaija. Arrival in M’hamid where  lunch is served at ‘Le Petit Prince’ camp under nomad tent  in the middle of the dunes.. After a nice rest in the sand , you’ll take a sandy track in direction of the high dunes of Chigaga. Ceremony of tea on the sunset time. Dinner under the stars and night under nomad tent  near the high dune.

6th day: Chigaga - Ouarzazate

Wake up early in the morning to assist to the sunrise. After breakfast, long desert track between Erg Chigaga and the dry river Drâa. You will see the Iriqui Lake and Foum Zguid village. Then your driver takes the road of Taznakht (stop to visit carpets factory) and drops you at your hotel in Ouarzazate in the end of the afternoon.
